Elevators are shared spaces. Following simple etiquette keeps rides smooth, respectful, and comfortable for everyone.

• Wait your turn: Step back and let passengers exit fully before boarding.
• Let priority people board first, including elderly, disabled, or those with children or heavy items.
• Enter and move back to the sides or rear to avoid crowding the doors.
• Face the doors once inside to maintain comfort and personal boundaries.
• Exit promptly at your floor, politely saying “excuse me” if passing others.
• Respect personal space and apologize if you accidentally bump into someone.
• Handle belongings carefully—keep bags low, in front, or by your feet.
• Minimize noise by keeping phone calls brief or waiting until you exit.
• Keep interactions brief—a nod or soft hello is enough.
• Be button-smart: Press only your floor or politely ask someone nearby.
• Avoid leaning on walls or blocking the doors.
